Kyndall Rogers
Kyndall is a Partner at Impact Management Group. She is also a registered lobbyist representing clients before the Arkansas General Assembly, executive branch, and state agencies.
Kyndall brings over 15 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, and strategic communications. With a strong background in both the public and private sectors, she leads multi-dimensional strategies for clients navigating complex legislative and regulatory environments. She is also a seasoned strategist, developing and managing issue advocacy campaigns for corporate and nonprofit clients.
Before rejoining IMG, Kyndall served as Director of Government Relations at Delta Dental of Arkansas where she directed state and federal advocacy initiatives. In this role, she worked closely with executive leadership, creating public policy and legislative goals that amplified the company’s presence in the community and healthcare policy arena.
Additionally, Kyndall has held senior leadership roles at the Arkansas Department of Human Services (DHS), where she served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Legislative Affairs. She played a key role in the passage of significant Medicaid legislation while coordinating clarity and alignment across one of Arkansas’s largest government agencies during the pandemic.
From 2014-2017, Kyndall served on Governor Asa Hutchinson’s senior staff, working closely with cabinet officials, legislators, staff, and external stakeholders to execute and maintain a highly efficient executive operation. She also served as a Legislative Analyst at the Bureau of Legislative Research, supportingArkansas lawmakers with research, policy analysis, and budget reporting.
In addition to her professional life, Kyndall is actively involved in her community. She serves as a Board Member for Arkansans for Improving Maternal Health, volunteers with the Cabot Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), supports local animal rescue efforts through Rescue Road, and serves on the Youth Committee at North View Missionary Baptist Church. Kyndall is personally passionate about advancing policies that improve cancer awareness, treatment, and survivorship.
A native of Poyen, Arkansas Kyndall graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She and her husband, Kevin, are members of North View Missionary Baptist Church in North Little Rock. They live in Cabot with their sons, McCoy and Hayes, and two dogs.
