Ashley Bearden Campbell

Ashley is the Director of Communications at Impact Management Group. In this role, she manages clients in IMG’s public affairs, public relations, digital advocacy, and political consulting practice areas. She is also a registered lobbyist representing clients before the Arkansas General Assembly and state agencies. 

For nearly 15 years, Ashley has provided strategic counsel and executed advocacy campaigns to support a wide range of clients at the local and state level. Best known for her relationship-driven approach, she is responsible for bridging the gap between client and audience and has a track record of delivering results-based strategies. Her extensive experience in media relations, digital media, crisis communications, coalition building, and issue campaign management are key to crafting well-rounded communications strategies that resonate with media, policy makers, and consumers. Ashley also serves as a political consultant providing counsel, digital media management, and strategic communications for candidates at the local, state, and Congressional level. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Ashley is passionate about serving her community. She spends much of her free time volunteering and has served on numerous non-profit boards including The Downtown Little Rock Partnership, Race for the Cure, and 3 Miles of Men. She currently serves as the Executive Director for Arkansans for Improving Maternal Health (AIM) whose mission is to raise public awareness, cultivate champions for change, and spur action around the issue of maternal health in Arkansas.

Ashley graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a B.A. in Communication and Writing. She resides in Little Rock with her husband, Alex, and their daughter, Aubrey.
